Overseas purchasers and the purchasers of clothing enterprises outside of Suzhou who already registered should apply before Sept. 30th. After the approval and confirmation by organizing committee, they can enjoy a free night at the hotel, but need to share the room with others.

The pre-registered overseas purchasers who already confirmed by preparatory committee need to meet the following requirements:
(1)The professional overseas purchasers need to be in textile industry or relevant upstream and downstream industry. Not include resident foreign businessmen in Suzhou.
(2)Need to submit an accommodation application form to preparatory committee half a month before the Textile Exhibition, and provide true and complete company and personal information.
(3)When checking in, need to provide the photocopy of passport, inbound air ticket or other relevant inbound data (need to arrive half a month before the Textile Exhibition), name card, etc to preparatory committee. The relevant information must be consistent with the information in accommodation application form of overseas purchasers.
The pre-registered purchasers of clothing enterprises outside of Suzhou who already confirmed by preparatory committee need to meet the following requirements:
(1)The clothing enterprises purchasers have to be outside of Suzhou.
(2)Need to submit an accommodation application form to preparatory committee half a month before the Textile Exhibition, and provide true and complete company and personal information.
(3)When checking in, need to provide copy of ID card, name card, etc to preparatory committee. The relevant information must be consistent with the information in accommodation application form.
The purchasers can check in any day among Oct. 15th, 16th and 17th based on the actual situation, but need to inform the preparatory committee the exact check-in time before Sept. 30th.
